The competition proposal for Stone City, the new headquarters of Granulati Zandobbio, responds to a site dominated by infrastructure and industrial landscapes. Positioned between the highway and production facilities, the project introduces the concept of a green oasis inspired by the nearby stone quarries.

Architecture and landscape are conceived as a unified system, where built volumes emerge from a mineral-based terrain and are framed by generous green spaces. The proposal aims to soften the harshness of the industrial context while redefining the headquarters as a place of identity, transition, and environmental balance.
